I have only ever used powdered creatine before these gummies.. and I must say, I absolutely hate taking the time to mix it. What intrigues me about this product is that you only need to take three instead of four or five, which is where the trick to the formula lies; if you take fewer gummies, you will lose the good flavor because the gummy would have to contain more creatine. That said, I have no doubts about the creatine or the content, but they should improve the flavor if they want you to enjoy a dose of three gummies infused with five grams of creatine.
